  • 5.19% Zinc, 0.57% Copper, 0.28% Lead, 22.59 g/t Silver, and 0.22 g/t Gold

• Lower Zone of deposit is typically twice the grade of the Upper Zone
• Lower Zone averages 9.14% Zinc over 6.95 metres (based on first 33 holes drilled by Manicouagan)

• AeroTEM II (airborne electromagnetic and magnetic) system surveys recently completed
• Identified numerous electromagnetic and magnetic anomalies
• Diamond drilling program to commence in June 2008
• Indication of strongly mineralized systems - confirmed by 2007 exploration diamond drilling
• Initial diamond drilling provided exceptional Platinum and Rhodium values with intercepts including:
  • 2.04 metres assaying 1.78% Nickel, 0.49% Copper, 2.11 g/t Platinum and 6.47 g/t Palladium, and;
  • values up to 0.99 g/t Rhodium and 1.08 g/t Ruthenium

Growing Package of Nickel - PGE Exploration Opportunities in Mid-Quebec

• HPM/Forgues property acquired in November 2007
• Consists of 218 claims
• Located 100 kilometres south-southeast of Mouchalagane
• Previous diamond drilling campaigns by Falconbridge Limited and Rockwell Ventures in 2001-2002 intersected intrusive hosted nickel--copper mineralization including:
  • 2.74% Nickel, 0.86% Copper, and 0.20% Cobalt over 5.95 metres, and;
  • 0.53% Nickel, 0.27% Copper, and 0.04% Cobalt over 28.60 metres, within broad zones of disseminated mineralization
• Property was flown in conjunction with the detailed airborne EM surveys recently completed at Mouchalagane
• Diamond drilling planned in summer 2008
